Project-HEL is an acronym for Project-Health, Education & Livelihood. It is the main motto of our organization to develop a society where no one is deprived of the basic needs of life. We all agree to the fact that the Orphans & the vulnerable children of our country are devoid of the basic needs of life. Our organization aims to eradicate their three main issues.
According to the surveys conducted by Govt. of India as well as some reputed Non-Government Organization(NGO)s, there are nearly 100 Million (100,000,000) or 10 Crores of Orphan & Vulnerable children in our country who are deprived of access to the basic needs. Since the number describes itself how hard it is to achieve the goal, so everybody is requested to extend their hands of support to meet this goal.
On 21/07/2016, founder members and volunteers of ISRLeaders Club visited a slum area in Bhubaneswar and distributed books and other study materials to nearly 45 underprivileged children residing there who are unable to meet the expenses of education.
ISRLeaders Club organized a blood donation cum health check-up camp in the organization premises itself on 28th September, 2016. A total of 75 units of blood were collected from various local volunteers as well as members of ISRLeaders Club. Also, nearly 120 local persons residing nearby came up for health check-ups.
On 15th November 2016, ISRLeaders Club organized a food distribution drive at a local orphanage nearby. The members and the volunteers distributed cooked meals among the 60 inmates of the orphanage. After the food distribution, the members also enquired about other issues of the children and also interacted with them as well as the caretaker of the organization.
The founder members as well as the volunteers of ISRLeaders Club visited a small village in Jajpur district of Odisha on 28th January 2017 and with the help of the locals identified the persons and families who are suffering from some chronic diseases. Post identification, some necessary and health-saving medicines were distributed among them.
On 10th April 2017, the members of ISRLeaders Club organized a health check-up camp at a remote village in Ganjam district of Odisha. Nearly 45 families took the opportunity to this special camp arranged by the organization.
Also, on 15th September 2017, a blood donation camp was organized in Bhubaneswar of Odisha, where a total of 120 units of blood were collected from local volunteers and the members of ISRLeaders Club.
On 25th July 2017, ISRLeaders Club distributed textbooks among the school children at a village in Sundergarh district of Odisha. Nearly 60 underprivileged students were benefited from this drive.
On 10th August 2017 and 30th October 2017, the members of ISRLeaders Club distributed some necessary and common medicines among the inmates of two orphanages situated in Bhubaneswar and Cuttack respectively.
Some of the founder members of ISRLeaders Club distributed food among the poor and underprivileged persons of the society in Gajapati district of Odisha. The distribution was carried out on 15th December 2017. A total of 60 packets of dry foods and also cooked foods were distributed among the helpless peoples of the village.
Some study materials were distributed among the small children residing at an orphanage in Cuttack of Odisha on 11th February 2018. This was conducted as to promote education among the youngsters staying in the orphanages.
On 8th May, 2018, the volunteers and some members of ISRLeaders Club distributed cooked food among the poor persons staying in the slum area of Cuttack who are below poverty line. A total of 100 food packets were distributed among the underprivileged persons.
The Executive members of ISRLeaders Club distributed textbooks and other educational and inspiring books among the underprivileged children in small villages in Jagatsinghpur, Kendrapara and Dhenkanal districts of Odisha. This drive was conducted for 15 days commencing on 16th July 2018 covering approx. 40 villages of the mentioned districts.
On 15th September 2018, a health check-up camp was organized nearby the office of ISRLeaders Club. More than 150 people attended the camp. Besides regular health check-up, the information regarding various diseases and their cure and precautionary measures were also shared among the peoples.

On 3rd February 2019, ISRLeaders Club organized a public seminar in Bhubaneswar, Odisha to encourage and urge the residents of the city to be socially responsible citizens of the country and contribute towards the development of the orphans and underprivileged of the country.
On 25th December 2019, the founder members of ISRLeaders Club spent the morning with 40 inmates of "Ashraya", an orphanage situated in Bhubaneswar, Odisha and distributed some study materials and food among them.
